B. Braun Group established its Bulgarian subsidiary B. Braun Medical EOOD in 2006 and since then it has been a leader in the local healthcare market, proudly maintaining a longstanding partnership with Isystems Group. The product portfolio at B. B. Braun’s plans for further development on the Bulgarian market are to growth its ambulatory channel sales. That includes opening their first physical store along with an online shop. The good news: with Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP in place, the business was already well-positioned to set up this new business model.

Drawing on over 17 years of partnership as B. Braun’s dedicated digitization partner and extended experience in web solutions, Isystems Group has been selected to develop their B2C e-commerce platform.


E-commerce Integration Framework, an application developed by Isystems Group, was applied to integrate e-commerce platform and the ERP system. As a result, an instant synchronization between physical drugstore sales and e-commerce shop sales has been accomplished in retail process.


As a result, the e-shop implementation streamlined some key business processes: optimized retail sales options with outreach to every location in Bulgaria and allowed promotions management to fully integrate with sales.
