Travi@ta, one of the most popular customer relationship management (CRM) solution for the insurance sector, officially came to Bulgaria, Turkey and Albania. This happened during the 18th Financial Tech Forum, organized by ICT media, where Intelligent Systems was a general sponsor. During the presentation it became clear that Travi@ta is coming to the portfolio of Intelligent Systems with a massive implementation project in one of the leading insurance corporations in the Bulgaria – DZI.
The software, developed by the Belgian company Real Dolmen, helps the insurers and brokers to manage successfully the commercial and marketing activities. Travi@ta reflects the connection between the physical and legal entities, keeps comprehensive history of proposals, policies, and claims, and facilitates the identification of new sales and additional coverage opportunities.
