As an extension to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the application extracts predefined fields from sales documents and generates XML files that meet E-faktura’s technical requirements.

The solution enables the export of invoices, debit, and credit notes generated in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system into E-faktura ready XML files. The single-click export is based on predefined templates for each type of document.

The application’s templates setup process is easy, flexible, and intuitive. The generated XML files are saved in a preferred location and afterwards uploaded to the E-faktura platform. Moreover, it allows to define and setup of unlimited amount of document type templates.

The solution reduces errors caused by manual data processing, has easy setup and user-friendly design, and increases time efficiency when exporting invoices and financial documents.
