Integrated with NAVmobile, Microsoft Dynamics NAV provides numerous enhancements within the holding’s structure

Sidorenko Holding JSC is a group of companies, working in diverse business areas: manufacturing and trading of packages, trading and service with specialized equipment, machines, and technologies for food industry, investment projects in building construction andproperty management. Established over 23 years ago in Bourgas, today the holding is one of the fastest developing company in the country.

During the years, Sidorenko was using a number of software applications for each company’s management purposes. As the holding rapidly expanded and the scope and complexity of its business processes increased, the executives faced many challenges due to the limited capabilities of the non-integrated software applications in charge, a few of which were:

  • difficulties in production planning and materials delivery;
  • discrepancy in warehouse inventory;
  • lack of integration of interrelated data;
  • limited capabilities for real time reports and analyses.

In an attempt to overcome the above mentioned obstacles, Sidorenko made the strategic decision to introduce a unified database, aiming to facilitate the multiple business processes and optimize key activities. There was a solitary solution – deployment of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

“We knew that we had overgrown the capabilities of the separated software applications we were using and we had to move forward with one integrated solution”, claims Mr. Yuriy Sidorenko, Owner of Sidorenko Holding JSC.

In the beginning of 2012 the holding undertook a detailed research on the Bulgarian ERP market, searching for the most appropriate solution to respond to their business needs. Management decided to deploy Microsoft’s popular Microsoft Dynamics NAV through Intelligent Systems Bulgaria as their integration partner. Sidorenko’s decision was based on the excellent feedback for system’s functionality and strong recommendation for Intelligent Systems’ professional services.

Intelligent Systems also deployed the mobile application NAVmobile. The solution ensures faster and more productive working process for warehouse employees.

Soon after system installation, management observes numerous improvements in their business operations – real time access to accurate data on whole trade and manufacturing activities, facilitated planning, transparent tracking of all activities through the companies, simplified reporting, and more efficient, optimized processes.
