Microsoft Albania presented Microsoft Dynamics to the leading companies in the country

Tirana, Albania – Microsoft Dynamics Day, a business conference hosted by Microsoft and Intelligent Systems Albania, was held on May 19th, 2016 in Tirana International Hotel. Microsoft Dynamics solutions were presented, along with the latest global trends and developments in the business software, cloud and mobility and the way they assist organizations in daily operations and key decision-making activities.

Sokol Vladi, General Manager of Microsoft Albania, kicked of Microsoft Dynamics Day by sharing insights and expectations for the regional market and the opportunities that lay ahead the local businesses. He also hinted on the novelties in the eponymous corporate product line of Microsoft that were just to be presented.

“The new reality is that the customer has to be in the middle of this whole new ecosystem. Companies have to deliver outstanding service and add value to the entire customer experience. This is what Microsoft has focused on – to create not software but solutions that give customers a tool to really help them and bring competitive advantage to the business”, added Mr. Vladi.

Milen Manchev, Partner Sales Lead at Microsoft and Petrin Dodona, Sales Manager at Intelligent Systems Albania joined the stage to reveal more about the innovations coming with the latest releases of the popular ERP, CRM and BI solutions. Refined processes, enriched functionality, deeper integration, simplified interface, enhanced user experience – these are just few of improvements coming with the new versions of Microsoft Dynamics software solutions.

Kalin Tzvetanov, CEO of iSystems Group, part of which is Intelligent Systems Albania, talked about the best implementation practices he and his colleagues obtained during the realization of hundreds of projects around the world. Mr. Tzvetanov also spoke about Cloud and Mobility – two topics in which Intelligent Systems has years of experience and that have become a main issue for any company today.

In the end of the sessions, just before the cocktail part, Agna Group came with their success story with Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Hipokrat V. Mici, the company’s IT Director, shared in details what it is like to run business with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Intelligent Systems Albania.

Since then, I have seen the system evolving and bringing countless new functionalities and opportunities to companies… We are happy that together with Intelligent Systems, we managed to delivered the Dynamics project in Agna Group. Today we continue to customize and enhance system’s capabilities so we make sure we get out the most of our ERP investment”, commented Mr. Mici.
