Integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration ensures uninterrupted access to the information related to customers and vendors. Some of the main benefits are: eliminating redundant data entries, keeping information up to date in both ERP and CRM systems, and providing salespeople a quick access to detailed business information about contracts, pricing and product availability.

Online payment services
This new functionality enables users to process payment transactions from Microsoft Dynamics NAV interface across multiple channels, including e-commerce, point of sale, and call center transactions. The Payment Service works with leading payment processing services and all major credit cards.

Role-tailored access for remote or roaming users
Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 allows remote or roaming users take a full advantage of the Microsoft Office integration of the Role-tailored interface and the various integration features connected to local resources, such as the operating system and Microsoft Office.

Treemap visualization
The new analysis features ensure more detail insight into the business key performance indicators and processes. Microsoft Dynamics NAV R2 provides treemap analysis that enables the comparison of any two values, for example sales and profits, which increases the overall business productivity.
