Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 BETA coming in September

During the annual Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference this month, Microsoft Corp. announced that the beta CRM release will be available in September /Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online first/ and will be officially released by the end of year. Microsoft also stated that Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online will continue its expanding and will be available in additional 8 countries including Australia, Colombia, Chile, etc. By the end of the year, the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 will be delivered in 40 countries and 41 languages.

One of the most interesting new functionalities in the newest CRM version is the Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace – an online catalog to increase the productivity and business collaboration between Microsoft Dynamics partners and customers. The catalog provides an easy way for partners to quickly find the best solution for their customers. Furthermore, Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace allows customers to search, find and implement all the solution extensions and applications, offered by Microsoft and its partners when there are innovations, additional needs or new business processes in the company.

During the conference, some of the other new Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 functionalities have been also demonstrated: “ribbon” user interface, “role-tailored” design, the ability to create multiple real-time CRM dashboards, flexible tools to tracking various key business indicators, deeper SharePoint integration, cloud-hosting and many others.
