“Maystor Tsvetko” trusts Microsoft Dynamics NAV and NAVfood for the effective management of all business activities

Lalov and Vachev Ltd has been founded more than 15 years ago in the City of Vratsa, Bulgaria and it is now one of the biggest meat processing companies in the country. It uses own manufacturing equipment, operates through sales representatives and ex-van seller all over the country, and distributes goods through warehouses facilities located in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, and others. With its rich experience and traditions, company’s products are known to the Bulgarian customers with the name “Maystor Tsvetko”.
During the years, the company became one of the fastest developing organizations working in Food and Beverages industry in Bulgaria. This is mainly connected to the specificities and complexities of the business processes in its functional business units – e.g.  manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, sales and others. The company has also invested in different software solutions. However, after several years in service these applications could no longer meet the new operations requirements.
The management of Lalov and Vachev Ltd came to the conclusion they need a single, integrated software solution. In order to meet the challenges connected to the production planning, warehouse management, sales activities, lack of integration among the different software applications in use, as well as the related reporting insufficiencies, in the middle of 2010 the company started to investigate the ERP market in Bulgaria.

This is a specialized vertical solution created to meet the requirements of the companies from Food and Beverages industry. It facilitates raw materials management, lot tracking, direct and indirect costs, planning and production control, meat explosion orders, reports and analyses, and many more.
