- Milestone achievement for Dynamics – Microsoft announced that over 50,000 companies worldwide now use Dynamics 365 Business Central, reinforcing its position as a cornerstone of the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Global expansion – Business Central’s worldwide rollout is now complete, empowering organizations to standardize and scale their operations confidently across multiple regions.
- Integration & branding evolution – A new Business Central icon was unveiled, symbolizing a unified design approach and deeper integration within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
AI-driven automation
Artificial intelligence continues to take center stage with the launch of two powerful new AI agents now generally available:
- Sales Order Agent – Automates order processing directly from customer emails by extracting details, checking stock availability, and creating sales orders in Business Central.
- Payables Agent – Uses AI and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to automatically process supplier invoices, assign accounts, and match purchase orders seamlessly.
