April 23, 2019

Intelligent Systems is the first, among the partners of the big global ERP vendors in Bulgaria, who managed to register a fiscal device add-on for Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central in accordance with the new Ordinance N-18. With the add-on, companies in Bulgaria that use the ERP solution can report their sales without having to use additional external software.

The main changes in the Ordinance

The new requirements oblige businesses to send information for each receipt to the National Revenue Agency (NRA) within 5 minutes of the sale being made. The initial deadline for the introduction of the changes was the 31st of March 2019, but after a widespread public discussion and demands from the businesses, software companies and companies from the industry, the deadline was postponed until the 30th of September 2019. By then, all businesses that possess such software should make sure that it’s registered, and it fulfills the new requirements of the Regulation. The software manages all fiscal devices at a given location.

Intelligent Systems has developed a fiscal device add-on in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation N-18. The add-on could be integrated with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV and is already included in the NRA’s public register of allowed software.
