Intelligent Systems ended amongst the TOP 3 in a ranking for best ICT Employer

Intelligent Systems got the honorable second place in the TOP ICT Employer 2014 ranking, carried out in Bulgaria and organized by ICT Media и JobTiger.

The awarding ceremony took place on Wednesday, October 15th, at Sofia Airport Center, and the winner was Sirma Business Consulting. Over 30 leaders of the IT industry in Bulgaria participated in the competition.

The foundation of the TOP ICT Employer ranking is the results from a survey based on the methodology of the company Audit Advice Associates, specializing in HR auditing. The focal points of this survey are the levels of employee commitment and satisfaction within the participating organizations. Every employee fills in a questionnaire by evaluating various aspects of their job. In the 2012 edition of the competition Intelligent Systems ranked fourth.
