Intelligent Systems Bulgaria at the Business Management Systems national forum

On November, 18th 2010 in Hotel Sheraton in Sofia was held the 10th Annual Forum Business Management Systems – the shared experience, organized by ICT Media. For a first time, the conference was dedicated to the specific problems of the organizations’ key business processes and the related corporate departments. The program was divided into different sessions, focused on the main difficulties and specifics of the companies as well as certain methods and tools for their effective management in Finance, Sales, Distribution and Marketing, Logistic and Supplying, Human Resources, and Support.

After the official welcome speech, the opening session started – Business Management Systems – A constant investment in efficiency. As one of the event’s general partners, Microsoft Bulgaria, took a part in it. “As a leader in the business software market, Microsoft ensures one stable and end-to-end platform for an effective and competitive development of the companies. Intelligent Systems Bulgaria was invited by Microsoft Bulgaria to take a part in this session as well. Boyan Martinov, Sales Manager at Intelligent Systems Bulgaria took an interesting approach and focused on the “ERP Failed projects” and the main reasons for failure. He accented on the most important criteria for choosing a suitable system and Microsoft Dynamics business solutions as management tools for increasing empoyees’ productivity and business processes’ efficiency. “A successful project depends not only on the quality of the business system but also on the knowledge and know-how the software implementator. That’s why the first criterion for choosing a business management system is the quality of the support service and the ability to respond to the customer needs. …So the success of your project is guaranteed when using a software system with proven qualities and working with a partner who has the right expertise and know-how”, commented Boyan Martinov.

After the opening session, two parallel sessions were held, focusing on certain issues related to financial management, manufacturing, human resources, distribution, logistic, and supplying.
