Cargoexpress manages its business with the flexible business solution AutoMaster

Cargoexpress Ltd. was established in 1989 in Varna. The company has been an official Opel dealer since 1994 and since 2004 – a Chevrolet dealer as well. In 2007 Cargoexpress Ltd. became part of Eurohold Bulgaria. The company has a modern auto center and deals with cars, spare parts and accessories, predelivery vehicle inspection and general and warranty service.

“Along with the business expansion, the complexity of the business processes grew and we realized that if we want to work efficiently, we will need a comprehensive tool for entire corporate management. We decided to implement an integrated business management system that would optimize the business processes in order to generate opportunities for future development and particularly urgent at the moment – to reduce costs, having in mind the delicate financial situation”, said Miroslav Georgiev, Project Manager, Cargoexpress Ltd.

After a long research period, in the middle of 2009. Cargoexpress decided to implement the popular software for importers and car dealers AutoMaster – modern and flexible solution with numerous features, endorsed and recommended by the majority of the car manufacturers and distributed in over 40 countries worldwide. A partner in this project is Intelligent Systems – an authorized ADP Distributor for Bulgaria, which has a perfectly trained team of professionals with proven expertise in the automotive industry.

In Cargoexpress were implemented the modules Vehicle sales, Parts management and Workshop to cover the entire cycle of vehicles operations. There was also implemented the popular ERP systems Microsoft Dynamics NAV, which financial module is fully integrated with AutoMaster. The project lasted several months and now Cargoexpress has a complete business solution, which provides a full view over the company at any time. The most important benefits from the AutoMaster implementation are: improved communication among all departments, complete control over the service operations and more efficient resource usage, optimized planning and reservation of spare parts. AutoMaster has a single database, which facilitates the access for employees and managers to the data they need and ensure its relevance. Based on accurate information, managers are able to analyze the extracted data, produce various reports and take timely informed decisions.
