B.Braun offices in several countries work with Microsoft Dynamics NAV

B.Braun is established in 1839 in Melsungen, Germany. Today, the company is a global leader in the healthcare sector and provides a wide range of high-quality pharmaceuticals, medical products, and specialized services. B.Braun has own offices in over 50 countries with more than 38 000 employees.

B.Braun has been a preferred partner and leader in the healthcare sector in Bulgaria for more than 15 years. The company has a lot of customers and expands its range of products and services permanently. This lead to the necessity of registering a subsidiary company in the country and optimizing and integrating all business processes that flow in the different departments. After researching the software business solutions on the market, in the end of 2006, B.Braun Bulgaria started an implementation project of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV. B.Braun’s partner on this project is Intelligent Systems Bulgaria.

In May 2009, the Romanian B.Braun offices – B.Braun Medical and S.C. B.Braun Avitum – chose Intelligent Systems Bulgaria as their partner for their own Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation. New warehouse and mobile devices functionalities are developed. A specific functionality about dialysis centers administration is also deployed.

A few months later, in the end of 2009, B.Braun Croatia also chose Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The ERP system implementation in B.Braun Croatia is made according to a global template, specially designed by Intelligent Systems Bulgaria for further Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementations in the B.Braun group.
