AutoMaster RoadShow in Sofia

27th April 2010, Sofia. The world-renowned company ADP Dealer Services and Intelligent Systems hosted an event – a part of the campaign ADP Dealer Services OEM Roadshow, which visited a number of leading European cities this spring. This is the first event of this kind, which aimed to officially present the company ADP and their products and services for the automotive dealers and importers.

Although ADP Dealer Services came to the Bulgarian market not long ago, it has been a well-known company over the world for many years and has prooved its products as reliable business management tools for companies in automobile industry. AutoMaster Dealer Management and Importer Management Systems are implemented in over 800 organizations with 23 000 users in 40 countries and about 30 different auto brands. AutoMaster is an endorsed and recommended product by many automobile manufacturers and is fully integrated with their systems which provides faster and facilitated dealer-factory communications.

Mr. Janek Prümmel, Key Account Manager, ADP Dealer Services, was a speaker at the event. He has worked in automotive sector for many years and now is responsible for the company’s key markets. “ADP is one of the biggest companies in the world which always tries to provide quality products and services to fully meet their customers’ needs and requirements. The second speaker was Mr. Kalin Tzvetanov on behalf of Intelligent Systems who also has considerable experience working with companies in the automotive industry. Mr. Tzvetanov commented: “The situation in the automotive sector at the moment is not very favourable. The sales have decreased for all car brands as well as the revenue of the companies while costs keep rising. Now is the time for the automotive companies to optimize their business in order to keep their market share and competitiveness. AutoMaster has already realeased a project in Bulgaria for one of the biggest OPEL and Chevrolet dealers in the country – Cargoexpress.”

Intelligent Systems’ consultants made a live demonstration of AutoMaster business solution. They presented some real business processes in automotive companies and shared their experience and several interesting situations during implementation projects in various companies. At the end of the conference the lecturers pointed out the main problems, current trends and future perspectives in the automotive industry both in Bulgaria and in the world.
