Adecco Bulgaria manages its business with Microsoft Dynamics NAV

During the first months of 2009, the Bulgarian branch of the leading human resources company Adecco SA started working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

The main activity of Adecco Bulgaria is providing outsourcing services, business process management and recruitment consulting. Outsourcing activities include building and maintenance of centers for technical support and customer service. Consulting and personnel recruitment are organized in two directions – staff recruitment for external customers as employees with permanent employment contracts and services in staff recruitment employed by the client for a specific period of time. Today, the employees at the Bulgarian branch of the company are over 550 people.

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation project at Adecco Bulgaria is divided into two main stages. The first stage was completed within two months and includes the implementation of the modules finance, sales and purchase. In short time the second part of the project will start – implementation of the specific add-on to the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV – Professional Services, which will include resource planning, allocation and management and billing system for billing customers based on time spent. Second stage is expected to be realized within a month. Intelligent Systems – the Microsoft Dynamics partner with the largest number of Microsoft Dynamics projects implemented in Bulgaria – was chosen for system integrator.

The managers need to have access to detailed information on the entire activity within the company on basis of which to perform analysis and reports for the successfull and on-time decision-making for customer service improvement and optimization of the entire company’s business.
