The Objective: Updating the Existing System
Spark, accustomed to an older version of Dynamics NAV, was dealing with disconnected data, limited integration and reporting capabilities. This fragmented approach remained as legacy from Spark’s previous accounting partners and needed to be replaced with a solution that empowers the company to establish its own procedures and have full control of its data.
The electric car sharing company sought a modern solution to overcome these challenges and gain a more holistic view of their finances across the operations in Bulgaria and Lithuania, according to the group’s policy for implementing a common universal approach towards business management.

The Solution: Migration to Dynamics 365 Business Central
The migration project was delivered in Bulgaria and Lithuania where our team partnered with a local provider to ensure a seamless rollout, still holding the full accountability for the project success in both countries. The project involved integrating Dynamics 365 Business Central with Spark’s backend system, streamlining their operations further. Thus, the client could keep using their fully developed existing solution for managing their fleet, customers and trips and automatically sync data with Business Central for financial and accounting needs.

Our team continues to provide ongoing support, including the integration of the software with a local bank and assisting Spark in selecting and integrating an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) system for further automation.
