What you will do:

• Plan the content marketing strategy, including writing blog content, building monthly newsletters, and distributing content.
• Research on industry-related topics and generate ideas for new content.
• Edit and improve online content to increase web traffic.
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products and services.
• Create customer success stories, e-books, and other marketing materials.
• Develop and manage the editorial content calendar.
• Collaborate with the design team and any contracted team members to create collateral.
• Actively engage subject matter experts such as development, product management and customer-facing roles to understand product functionalities, customer challenges and solution benefits.
• Manage social media accounts.

What you will bring:

• 3+ years of writing experience, preferably in a software environment.
• Developing clear and concise content for different audiences in English and Bulgarian.
• Previous experience with tools such as content management systems, email marketing platforms and web analytics.
• Ability to research.
• A keen eye for detail that covers spelling, grammar, and style.
• Sound understanding of the interplay between messaging and visual elements.
• Curiosity about technology.
• SEO understanding is a plus.
