Your safe place with full control

2025 is coming with great news for IT admins as well. With the new set of governance capabilities announced by Microsoft, it becomes clear that administrators will have improved control over their app ecosystem, which comes with greater visibility, personalized recommendations, and advanced features for managing and securing Microsoft Power Platform. The updated experience includes tools for managing low-code assets, agent adoption, capacity, licenses, and performance, while the security page helps admins improve their security posture with insights and actionable controls.

Power Automate

Microsoft Power Automate will also receive a variety of new AI and governance features that will help users to build more intuitive, reliable, and rapid authoring automations. Here are some of the major improvements:

  • Intelligent document processing – Power Platform’s prompt builder now supports documents and images, enabling automation of email, document, and image processing through Power Automate. This will boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Automate work with the right expression – the feature allows you to create the desired expression by describing their objectives and referencing dynamic data within the flow.
  • Repair with Copilot – this feature boosts AI capabilities in Power Automate for desktop by recommending fixes for missing UI controls during both attended and unattended desktop flow runs.

Copilot for Power Pages

New AI features will be available for Power Pages as well. Agent-enabled workflows, AI-powered List Insights, and improved IT admin tools will aim to boost user engagement, streamline website management, and provide intelligent, secure solutions for evolving business needs.

New agents for each member of the Microsoft’s family

Copilot seems to not just be the next fancy addition to Microsoft’s products but a valuable part of its ecosystem, providing tailored agents for each department of your organization.

  • Agent for Dynamics 365 Sales can be taught to speak your company’s language, using acronyms and specific terms. Organizations can customize Copilot by adding knowledge sources unique to their business, enabling AI responses and inputs to incorporate data tailored to their specific industry, operations, or roles. In addition, the integration with the leading data provider, Clay, allows your CRM data to be enriched with insights from over 75 data and public web sources. So, every time your sales teams need new data, Clay will be at your disposal.
  • The Customer Intent Agent analyzes past and present customer interactions across various channels to create dynamic and enhanced self-service experiences. By leveraging these conversations, it helps optimizing service delivery and proactively addressing customer needs.
  • The Customer Knowledge Management Agent collects insights from both human-assisted cases and relevant external articles, enabling it to resolve future issues more effectively in both self-service and assisted service contexts. This approach enhances the accuracy and efficiency of customer service by leveraging past knowledge and resources.
  • The Case Management Agent automates key tasks throughout the entire case process, helping to reduce handling times and lighten the workload for service representatives. This tool streamlines operations, making case management more efficient and less reliant on manual intervention.
  • The Scheduling Operations Agent for Dynamics 365 Field Service helps experts create optimized schedules for technicians, taking into account dynamic factors. Thus, conflicts and gaps can be efficiently avoided.
  • Inspection Builder will help you move away from outdated static files by providing a more dynamic and efficient solution. With a couple of clicks, you will be able to turn PDFs and Word docs into interactive templates, making your presentation more engaging for the audience.

Еmbedding AI across its Dynamics 365 suite, Microsoft is paving the way for more responsive and efficient business operations. All the announcements are more than just feature upgrades – they represent a unified strategy to create an integrated AI ecosystem paving the way for businesses to unlock unprecedented efficiency, innovation, and growth in the years ahead.
