- How do you see Isystems since you are part of the team?
Dorina: Isystems is a company with a huge project portfolio worldwide. This gave me the opportunity to enrich my experience and improve my skills.
Tatyana: I perceive Isystems as a mature, forward-thinking, and adaptable organization that upholds strong corporate and team values. At the same time, it remains ambitious and constantly seeks growth and new opportunities.
- What is the most important thing you learned after working at Isystems through all these years?
Dorina: I learned how to be more organized, hardworking and how to think strategically. This helps me a lot in terms of passing any challenge successfully.
Tatyana: The greatest lesson I’ve learned is to embrace my creativity without fear and to trust in the support of my teammates. Through open and thoughtful communication, our bond continues to strengthen and evolve.
- What was the biggest challenge for you during this one year in the company?
Dorina: Handing on several projects, implemented by someone else, in a very short period of time was challenging for me. But with hard work and willing, I managed and upgraded processes for each of them.
Tatyana: I am proud to have been part of Isystems for over 17 years. Throughout this journey, I have worked across various departments, gaining insight into their unique challenges and achievements. Despite the obstacles, our strong team spirit and shared values have always propelled us forward.
- What are the company’s values that most resonate with you and your way of working?
Dorina: The company values that correspond most with my work way are collaboration and teamwork.
Tatyana: Creativity, Innovation, Initiative, Wits, Тeamwork, and Fun every day.
Loyalty and Transparency in my relations with customers, partners, teammates, and with myself.
And not least Importance – because every individual plays a vital role in achieving success.
- You know Isystems turns 20 this year. What is it like to be part of an already grown-up company?
Dorina: Being part of a “grown up” company such as Intelligent Systems means success to me. It is such an honor to work in a team with so many experienced and supportive professionals.
Tatyana: This journey has been an incredible experience where I’ve grown and learned so much, continually building on my skills. I’m truly thankful and proud to be part of such an inspiring team.
- What goals do you have for the next year as part of the Isystems team?
Dorina: For the next year I would like to meet new challenges, learn new technical skills, and improve my productivity.
Tatyana: My goal is to prioritize the team and ensure it stays cohesive! I plan to continue dedicating my efforts to fostering and strengthening team spirit even further.
