- How do you see Isystems since you are part of the team?
Denisa: The way I see Isystems now is clearer than last almost two years. I recognize the importance of having more experienced individuals onboard to further enhance our capabilities.
Milena: I see Isystems as a grown, large international company with outstanding professionals, a worthy competitor to many other Microsoft partners.
- What is the most important thing you learned after working at Isystems through all these years?
Denisa: In Isystems the most significant lesson I learned about myself was the importance of adaptability and resilience. Embracing challenges as opportunities for learning has strengthened my leadership skills and enabled me to inspire confidence and motivation within the team.
Milena: I learned two things:
1) To be patient.
2) Nothing is impossible.
- What was the biggest challenge for you during this one year in the company?
Denisa: Looking back on my first year with the company, I’d say that the biggest challenge I encountered were around the technical documentations and communication. I realized their critical role in driving success within our organization.
Milena: The race against time and finding balance between work and personal life.
- What are the company’s values that most resonate with you and your way of working?
Denisa: The company’s values that align closely with my way of working are integrity, collaboration, and innovation. Integrity forms the foundation of my approach, emphasizing honesty, transparency, and ethical conduct in all endeavors.
Milena: All to one without exception – excellence, loyalty, competence, teamwork, engagement, fun, creativity, transparency, and innovation.
- You know Isystems turns 20 this year. What is it like to be part of an already grown-up company?
Denisa: Working within such a ‘grown-up’ company provides a sense of stability and credibility, knowing that we have weathered various challenges and emerged stronger over the years.
Milena: When you grow with the company, you can only feel proud and satisfied.
- What goals do you have for the next year as part of the Isystems team?
Denisa: To be the best team leader for my team, to inspire credibility, excellence and friendship.
Milena: The goals are to keep this motivation, high work and team spirit, and become even more internationally recognizable.
