- How do you see Isystems since you are part of the team?
Adem: I am happy to be part of Isystems. I see it as a place where I can learn a lot, develop my professional skills, and always find a support and understanding by my team.
Mila: I see Isystems as a team that is constantly growing, upgrading, and achieving its goals.
- What is the most important thing you learned after working at Isystems through all these years?
Adem: I learned that I can be patient despite my hasty nature.
Mila: Working in Isystems has taught me many things, but one of the most important is to be a team player. Each colleague has its own key role in this team.
- Which were the biggest challenges over this time?
Adem: The European working culture is specific, and it is taking me some time to blend in.
Mila: Some of the biggest challenges for me were to be fast in finding the right solutions in critical situations, to maintain composure, and react on time, appropriately and professionally.
- What are the company’s values that most resonate with you and your way of working?
Adem: For sure, it is teamwork. I like that I feel backed up along the way and I am happy to provide support in return.
Mila: To be professional, be proactive, inquisitive, and a team player.
- As you probably know, Isystems turns 20 this year! What is it to be part of an already “grown up” company?
Adem: Being part of a company with a rich history is such an honor for me.
Mila: I am very proud of being part of this company almost from the beginning. I am happy to see it develop. I hope that I have contributed to that as well.
- What goals do you have for the next year as part of the Isystems team?
Adem: I will work on expanding knowledge in the specifics of my position and gain experience in my technical skills.
Mila: To become even more innovative, progressive, and up to date with new technologies.
