  • How do you see Isystems after a year of working as part of the team?

Corina: A place where you can concentrate on personal development, balancing both technical expertise and soft skills enhancement.

Samuil: The answer to this question could easily fill at least one book. Long story short: I would describe it as a constant strive for improvement.

  • What is the most important thing you learned after working at Isystems through all these years?

Corina: The ability for rapid assimilation of new knowledge under appropriate conditions and mentorship.

Samuil: I am constantly working on my personal and professional skills. But this has never been a problem because I have always received understanding and support from my colleagues. The team is the reason for success, not any of us individually.

  • What was the biggest challenge for you during this one year in the company?

Corina: The dynamic environment during implementation of various projects can be challenging.

Samuil: There are a lot of challenges, but I will try to summarize like this:

1) Learning new things never ends.

2) There’s always a more complicated project that hasn’t even started yet.

  • What are the company’s values that most resonate with you and your way of working?

Corina: The prioritization of teamwork and employee wellbeing beyond work-related matters.

Samuil: They are written on the wall behind my desk: fun, engagement, excellence, innovation, loyalty, competence, creativity, teamwork, transparency.

  • As you probably know, Isystems turns 20 this year! What is it to be part of an already “grown up” company?

Corina: There are many benefits of being part of an already grown-up company, such as learning from the collective organizational experience and finding solutions for encountered challenges rapidly.

Samuil: “A dream come true” is probably the most accurate description. Years ago, I wanted to work for an internationally recognizable company that could provide a first-class service to its customers – from hardware through software to business processes. Well, today I can boldly say that I am part of such an organization.

  • What goals do you have for the next year as part of the Isystems team?

Corina: I would like to engage in more end-to-end processes in significant projects.

Samuil: I have a lot of goals, but I will share some of the leading: to develop a full-fledged internship program, to finish developing my course on “The Art of being a consultant”, and to participate actively in the development and improvement of Intelligent Systems on an organizational and professional level.

  • Describe in 3 words what Isystems is for you?

Corina: Fun, development, and team.

Samuil: To me, Intelligent Systems is second family.
