- How do you see Isystems since you are part of the team?
Eris: After a year of working at Isystems, I have gained invaluable insights into the company’s culture, workflow, and overall environment. I am happy that my experience here has been incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to continuing to contribute to the organization’s success in the years to come.
Blaga: I can honestly say that after all these years I feel Isystems as my second family. Together we are growing, evolving, and building our way to success.
- What is the most important thing you learned after working at Isystems through all these years?
Eris: My first year at Isystems taught me that I am capable of overcoming challenges, learning new skills, and thriving in dynamic work environments. Additionally, I learned the importance of effective communication and collaboration within a team.
Blaga: Working at Isystems has taught me so many things that I apply in life. But if I could sum it up in one sentence, it would be: “Be organized and consistent in what you do and remember that nothing is impossible.”
- Which were the biggest challenges over the years?
Eris: The biggest challenge for me was balancing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
Blaga: Every day is a challenge! But perhaps the biggest was my decision, after 10 years in the sales department of the company, to change direction dramatically and look for development in project management.
- Which company values define your type of work?
Eris: At Isystems, the values that align closely with my way of working are: innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and client focus.
Blaga: Respect, teamwork, and purposefulness. I believe that every colleague is important and valuable in achieving the common goal, and I feel so happy when we gain success together.
- You know Isystems turns 20 this year. What is it like to be part of an already grown-up company?
Eris: Being part of a “grown-up” company like Isystems brings a sense of stability, credibility, and opportunity for growth. I’m proud to be part of its journey as it celebrates this significant milestone.
Blaga: I feel proud I am contributing with my hard work to the growth, development, and success of the company for 17 of these 20 years.
- What goals do you have for the next 1-2-3 years as part of the team?
Eris: As part of the Isystems team, I have several goals for the next year, such as: enhance technical skills, contribute to innovation, expand my responsibilities, deliver exceptional results, foster collaboration, and communication.
Blaga: Growing the team, improving my professional knowledge and releasing lots of successful projects.
